Dan Cavanagh joined Avicena in March 2024 as Corporate Counsel. Dan has over 25 years of experience in procurement and exploitation of high technology IP assets and providing general legal counsel to high technology companies. Prior to Avicena, Dan was a partner for over 20 years at intellectual property law firms where he advised companies in the software, semiconductor and optical industries. Dan has a J.D. from the University of Southern California and a B.S. from Harvey Mudd College.
