Ivan Huang joined Avicena in 2022 as Vice President of Micro LED Fabrication. Previously, he was Vice President of Engineering at GLO-USA and has held leadership roles at Nanosys, Kateeva, and GLOBALFOUNDRIES. He has over 25 years of experience in micro-electronics and a successful track record of taking startups with wafer fabrication from early-stage to production, across the fields of advanced semiconductor packaging, digital display technologies, and MEMS. He was a founding member of FormFactor’s MEMS Fab2 expansion. Ivan holds an M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Stanford University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.
