Dr. Patel is a senior semiconductor executive with more than 28 years of experience in technology development, product commercialization, and business leadership. He has helped lead several public and private companies through complete product development lifecycle from early R&D to manufacturing and qualification. He started his career at Cypress Semiconductor and progressed through roles at PDF Solutions, SanDisk, Avogy and helped numerous clients in GaN technology development as an executive consultant.

He received his B.S in Engineering Physics (magna cum laude), and M.S. and Ph.D in Electrical Engineering degrees from University of California at Berkeley.
